Urea Micro NIR

Typical SERS spectrum of Urea on KlariteTM acquired with a micro-Raman system at 780nm. The aqueous solution used for the drop coat [link to apps notes 001] had a concentration of 0.3% (50mM). The main vibrational modes of this molecule are marked. The spectrum is baseline corrected.
